Rising sea levels

Many scientists and experts warned us that the global warming will cause a dramatic rise in sea levels. Heat expansion has already raised the oceans 10 to 20 centimeters. But that's nothing compared to what would happen if, for example, Greenland's huge ice sheet melted. There is study at the University of Arizona in Tucson says that even with a small sea level rise, humans are going to destroy whole nations and their cultures that have lived on earth for thousands of years. This University’s students did a map that shows how coastal cities and island countries are going to be like when the sea rises at different levels. (The map picture is showen)

Ahmed, actually our planet is facing more than this risk. There a lot of bad things and disasters going to happen if we did not act positively towards this issue.

ad_ad, yes I agree with you, but people do not believe that until it become such a real disaster infront of their eyes.

thanks people.
